Returns & Refund Policy
At RemBay Art, every original artwork is individually created and finished by hand. Due to the unique and bespoke nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final and are therefore non-refundable.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted in the following circumstances:
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the packaging and damage will be required so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an artwork that differs from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can rectify the situation.
Commissioned & Bespoke Artwork
Commissioned, personalised, or bespoke artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has commenced, as they are created specifically to the client's requirements.
Colour & Appearance
Every effort is made to accurately represent colours and textures in photographs. Due to variations in screen settings and the handcrafted nature of original artwork, slight differences in appearance are not considered faults and do not qualify for a return or refund.
Delivery Issues
Any concerns regarding delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
